To ensure a seamless application and registration process, please follow the steps below:
Submit Your Application through HR
Once you have identified the training programme or workshop you are interested in, submit your application to your HR team.
Selection Process
HR will review each submission thoroughly and select candidates according to their needs and professional development.
Final Selection
Upon completion of the review process, ProCredit Academy and the respective HR team work together to finalise the list of participants. Selected individuals will be notified directly by their HR team.

Orientation and Advice
Once a year, we offer a comprehensive three-day orientation session designed to familiarise potential participants with the facility, the available resources, and programme expectations. We also encourage prospective participants to use this orientation event as an opportunity to assess whether the programmes align with their goals and interests.
Additionally, our experienced instructors and advisers are on hand to provide guidance and support throughout the programmes, assisting participants in navigating challenges, setting goals, and maximising their learning experience. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring every participant receives the guidance they need to succeed. Housing
To ensure a comfortable and convenient learning experience, the Academy provides on-campus housing for its participants. Our accommodations resemble those of a hotel, offering clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms. The Academy now has a total of 100 rooms (all en suite) and seven seminar rooms. In addition, there are two lounges with fireplaces where informal conversations take place.
The extensive common areas provide space in which to spend free time. Sports and leisure activities are also offered, and the recently constructed pool is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. This arrangement allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the learning environment while enjoying the convenience of staying on campus.
Dining
We offer a variety of dining options to cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs/preferences. Our on-campus dining facilities provide nutritious and delicious meals prepared with fresh ingredients, mostly sourced from local suppliers. Whether you are looking for a quick bite and a cup of coffee between sessions or a leisurely meal with your peers, our dining areas offer a welcoming atmosphere for socialising and refuelling.
